On Friday 29^th September, Freightlink staff members took part in the 'World's Biggest Coffee Morning' hosted by Macmillan Cancer Support.

The event is held every year with the aim of supporting the Macmillan Cancer charity. Right from the moment you’re diagnosed, through your treatment and beyond, Macmillan is a source of support to help people suffering from all forms of cancer.

The event saw Freightlink staff members bring in their baked goods as a contribution to the Macmillan cause. Then, in order to be allowed a piece of tasty cake, each staff member made a donation. In total, Freightlink staff members raised over £100.

There was no clear winner, but on her last day as a Freightlink employee, Romanian native Beatrice was considered to have ‘won’ with her Cheesecake sensation.
