We would like to inform you of an upcoming operational change at the Port of Harwich as part of the ongoing redevelopment of the freight entrance.

From 17 March 2026, the Cab Only Parking Area will be relocated.

• The new location of the Cab Only Parking Area

As part of the redevelopment of our freight entrance, we are making critical changes to the HGV Cab Parking Area within
the Port. These changes are necessary to create space for the first phase of construction work.

What is Changing?

• From 17 March 2026, the HGV Cab Parking Area will be relocated to the BLUE G Area inside the Port

Access Requirements. To gain access to the HGV Cab Parking Area, customers must:

• Report to the Operations Centre on arrival at the Port
• Obtain a Gate Pass to enter the Port and access the BLUE G parking area
• Standard port parking tariffs will apply
