The team behind it all

Michael has been a part of the Freightlink team for more than ten years. As our Head of Web Development, he leads a team of software developers, expertly managing multiple projects at any given time.

Shahzaib is a Software Engineer at Freightlink, where his role involves creating innovative solutions for our customers.

What can you tell us about the new app?

“I helped develop the new version of the mobile app from scratch with the team. We added the main feature—enhanced booking—along with other key sections like the dashboard, customs, and invoice management to enhance the overall user experience.” - Shahzaib

What improvements and new features for customers are you the most excited about?

“I’m excited that this version enables our customers to do more when they only have their phone to hand, like managing their customs paperwork and seeing more information about their upcoming journeys.” - Michael
