Long stay congestion continues to impact terminal operations and vessel schedules. Seatruck have remained flexible on collection periods, but this must now be addressed to prevent closure of terminals and delays in discharging vessels.

Any unit shipped from Monday 4 September 2023 must be collected from the Liverpool and Dublin terminals within 3 working days after discharge. Noncompliance will result in Seatruck having to restrict bookings.

The changes being implemented will allow Seatruck to maintain schedules, reduce onsite delays and free up valuable terminal space for the effective turnaround of vessels.
