A partire dal gennaio 2021, sarà necessario rispettare nuove disposizioni per garantire che le tue merci continuino a circolare sulle rotte UE da e per la Gran Bretagna.

GMR

FASE 3

Almeno 2 ore prima dell'imbarco, assicurati che tutti i codici di riferimento sono stati combinati nel tuo singolo codice di riferimento GMR (UK) e nel suo equivalente per l'UE (ad esempio, il codice Envelope per la Francia, o il PBN per l'Irlanda).

KAP

FASE 4

Nel caso di spedizione con autoarticolato superiore alle 7,5 tonnellate, che parte dalla Gran Bretagna via Eurotunnel o dal porto di Dover,, completa il questionario 'Check an HGV il Ready to Cross the Border' Una volta completato, ti sarà rilasciato un Kent Access Permit (KAP). La mancata richiesta del KAP comporta una sanzione di £300, o l'allontanamento del mezzo.

Il conducente deve presentare questi codici di riferimento al check-in. Pianifica molto tempo per le procedure di check-in. Ai conducenti NON sarà permesso di accedere al terminale se non hanno i codici di riferimento.

Una volta a bordo del traghetto, ritira il tuo stato doganale rilevante. Cerca gli indicatori verdi o arancioni durante lo sbarco. Segui la giusta corsia sbarcando dal traghetto.

Nota - I veicoli che trasportano animali o piante sono oggetto di controlli sanitari o fitosanitari. Ci sono procedure aggiuntive da espletare.

REQUISITI SPECIFICI PER OPERATORE

Eurotunnel Freight logoThe driver will need to present his documents for scanning at the Pit Stop. In France the Pit Stop is situated prior to check in; in the UK it is located after.

Eurotunnel VPYou will need to submit your GMR and Envelope Codes to Freightlink at least one hour prior to arrival at the terminal in order to be permitted access.

You will also need to supply a driver’s mobile number at the time of booking. The driver will then be sent an SMS message detailing if his customs status is Green or Orange. The driver must then follow the appropriate signs upon exit.

Stena Line logoIt will be mandatory for both Dutch export and import documents to be pre-notified via the Portbase service. This might be done by your Customs agent or your customer, however, if that has not been done, the driver will be unable to access the terminal.

Additional customs information relating to the Safety & Security Declarations must be submitted to Freightlink prior to check in.

P&O Ferries logo

For crossings to and from Rotterdam it will be mandatory for both Dutch export and import documents to be pre-notified via the Portbase service.

For crossings to and from Zeebrugge it will be mandatory for both Belgian export and import documents to be pre-notified via the RX Seaport service.

This might be done by your Customs agent or your customer, however, if that has not been done, the driver will be unable to access the terminal.

Additional customs and consignment information relating to the Safety & Security Declarations must be submitted to Freightlink prior to check in.

CLdN logo

For crossings to and from Rotterdam it will be mandatory for both Dutch export and import documents to be pre-notified via the Portbase service.

SeatruckDublin to Heysham or Liverpool

From 1 January an Irish Export declaration will be required but no separate safety and security declaration. You will need a valid PBN at check-in in Dublin

From 1 July a GB Import Declaration and GB S&S will be required in addition to the Irish Export Doc. From 1 July you will need to provide both a valid PBN and valid GMR at check-in in Dublin

Warrenpoint to Heysham or Liverpool

Nothing is required going from NI to GB. All traffic will have unfettered access with no customs, paperwork or references required at check-in in Warrenpoint. Traffic will move as it does now

Liverpool or Heysham to Dublin

From 1 January an Irish Import declaration will be required and an Irish safety and security declaration. You will need a valid PBN at check-in in Liverpool.

From 1 July a GB Export Declaration will be required in addition to the Irish Import and S&S declaration . From 1 July you will need to provide both a valid PBN and valid GMR at check-in in Liverpool

Heysham to Warrenpoint

From 1 Jan a NI Import Declaration and NI safety and security declaration will need to be completed. You will need a valid GMR at check-in in Heysham
